Overview
The Palcoyo Day Hike takes you through the beautiful Palcoyo area, where you’ll see three amazing rainbow-colored mountains. These mountains are special because they show bright ochre and red shades with green, blue, and white stripes. The scenery is truly inspiring.

During the hike, you’ll walk on calm and easy trails. You can admire the stone forest and learn about the local culture. Along the way, you’ll meet friendly locals in traditional dress, often with llamas and alpacas. This adds a nice cultural touch to your trip.

This hike is great for all ages and fitness levels. It involves only about an hour of gentle walking with little elevation gain. It’s a simpler but equally stunning alternative to the Vinicunca trek, so everyone can enjoy the colorful beauty of the mountains.

We also include a delicious breakfast and lunch to keep you energized. This adventure promises amazing views, vibrant colors, and a chance to connect with Andean heritage.
