You can pay the balance online or at our office until 10:00 PM the day before the tour. 72 hours or more before the tour: 100% of your deposit is refunded. Between 72 and 24 hours before: 50% of your deposit is refunded. Less than 24 hours before, or no-show: no refund.

No. Only the night in Aguas Calientes (a 3-star hotel) is included, so you can choose your own hotel in Cusco. On Day 2 you only need a small backpack: leave the rest of your luggage for free at our office, open every day from 4:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

It is easy to moderate: walking tours of the Inca sites, with some stairs and uneven paths, at altitudes between 2,000 and 3,700 m. If you just arrived in Cusco, rest the first evening and drink plenty of water.
