Accurate passenger information is important because it is required for flight registration and airport procedures.
Once your booking is received, our reservations team will verify the availability of the scenic flight and confirm the corresponding service. You will then receive your booking confirmation with the scheduled flight time, pick-up or meeting instructions, airport information, and important pre-flight recommendations.
Flight departure times are assigned according to airline availability and may be adjusted due to weather conditions, visibility, air traffic, airport operations, or aviation requirements. For this reason, we recommend keeping some flexibility in your schedule on the day of the flight.

Reservation and Confirmation
Your reservation is confirmed once Machu Picchu Team has received the required passenger information and payment and has issued your booking confirmation. All reservations are subject to flight availability, airline operations, weather conditions, airport procedures, and current aviation regulations.
Passenger Information
Passengers must provide their full name exactly as shown on their passport or valid ID, nationality, date of birth, passport or identification number, email, and WhatsApp number. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays or problems during airport check-in.
Flight Schedule
Flight times are approximate and may change due to weather, visibility, air traffic, airport operations, airline scheduling, or aviation authority requirements. Passengers should keep some flexibility in their schedule on the day of the flight.
Airport Check-In
Passengers must arrive at the airport at the time indicated in their booking confirmation and present their original passport or valid identification. Failure to arrive on time may result in loss of the flight, depending on airline conditions.
Weight Information
