Passenger Information

Hotel and Bus Terminal Pick-Up

Hotel pick-up is available from selected accommodations in central Puno. Your exact pick-up time will be confirmed before the tour. Travelers arriving in Puno by overnight bus may request Bus Terminal pick-up, subject to prior coordination and confirmation. Passengers must provide the correct bus company, departure city, and expected arrival time. Delays caused by the bus company or circumstances outside our control may affect the scheduled service.

Changes to the Travel Date

Requests to change the tour date are subject to availability and must be submitted as early as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once services with local suppliers have already been confirmed. Any additional cost resulting from a requested date change will be communicated to the traveler before the modification is completed.

No-Show and Late Arrival
