My friends and I just completed the five day Salkantay Trek with this company and had such a wonderful experience. Our tour guide Hans was absolutely fantastic, letting us go at our own pace and also providing us with so much information along the way. Our kitchen team Wilfredo and Sergio made such yummy food and catered well for us vegetarians, there was always food left over so we never went hungry, and felt well fuelled for our trek. Michele and the cowboys carried our duffel bags so we didn’t have to worry about them at all throughout the hike, and the whole experience was smooth and we felt well looked after!

Great guides, good food and reliable with your baggage! I can recommend.

Wow superbe expérience avec tout le monde de Machu Picchu Team ! Nous avons fait le Salkantay trek et étions avec une équipe de feu pour nous accompagner lors de cette aventure. Nous n’aurions pus demander mieux comme guide que Hans qui a été super divertissant et encourageant pendant les moments difficiles. Wilfredo et Sergio pour leurs pars nous ont cuisiné des repas diversifié mettant de l’avant la cuisine péruvienne de façon magistral tout le long du voyage. Le cow-boy Micheal quand à lui nous a permis grâce à ces mules de rendre la marche plus facile, n’ayant pas à transporter nos vives. Finalement Papas et John nous ont permis de se rendre à différents endroits plus rapidement grâce a leur contrôle expérience sur les routes péruviennes.

Just got back from the 5D/4N Salkantay Pass hike, and it was one of the best experiences of my life!

This was the best priced Salkantay hike I could find, but somehow everything was included and the service was impeccable. They even book the Machu Picchu for you and give you a private tour.
My tour guide Hans would wake us up in the morning with tea in bed. The food was amazing from our chefs Wilfredo and Sergio - they give you multiple platters of different food at every meal of the day. And our very own muleteer named Micheal would bring everything from camp to camp. The cherry on top was having our own private drivers - Papas and Mr. John - from Cusco there and back, including travelling to hot springs and other transportation during the hike.

All-in-all, this trail was very difficult, but everyone involved made the experience unforgettable, and the price of this company is seemingly unbeatable when I was looking at options.

L’équipe du trek est superbe! Nous avons réalisé le Salkantay trek sur 5 jours et grâce à eux tout c’est bien passé. Michel le cow-boy s’est assuré que chacun de nos sacs arrivait à nos camps et aucun sac n’a été perdu. Les repas étaient diversifiés et très bon. Les cuisiniers, Wilfredo H. et Sergio se sont assuré que la nourriture était abondante et que nous ne manquions rien. Ils nous réveillaient le matin en nous apportant du thé de coca. John s’occupe des transports et conduisait très bien, nous nous sentions en sécurité. De même avec Papas. Le guide touristique Hans était très agréable et sympathique.

Notre expérience était vraiment bien et nous avons été très bien servis !

We did the 5day 4night Grouptour with Hans as our guide it was a nice experience and he explained things really well. The cowboy Michael also took good care of our stuff. When we arrived tired at our lunch place or base camp we were always greeted with amazing food prepared by the chefs Wilfredo and Sergio. We also can’t complain about the car drives, they always felt safe and were really fun so thanks to both our drivers Mr John and Papas.

This hike was so much fun and well organized! The views were amazing and so was the food. Special thanks to our guide, Hans, chefs, Wilfredo and Sergio, our cowboy, Michael, and our drivers, John and Papas!

The Tour was very nice our Guide Hans was fun & informative. The food was always very good thanks to Wilfredo and Sergio. Our Cowboys Michel was really good too. Big thank you to the whole Team for the amazing experience.

Super expérience avec un guide exceptionnel, merci Frank Omar pour tout ce que tu nous as appris et pour toutes ces découvertes sur le trek Salkantay. C'était super riche, on n'aurait pas pu espérer mieux sur un format 3 jours. Je recommande à 200% Frank Omar.

Nester was by far the best tour guide I’ve ever had on any trip. Our group of 6 had an incredible experience on the Inca Jungle Trek to Machu Picchu because of him. He kept us informed every step of the way, made sure we always knew the plan, and went above and beyond to help us purchase our Machu Picchu tickets in Aguas Calientes when we didn’t have them.

His English is amazing, he was incredibly patient with all of our questions, and he truly cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. I normally don’t return to places I’ve already visited, but this trip was so incredible that I’d absolutely come back with family and friends—and I would 100% ask for Nester again.
