Nous revenons du Salkantay Treck, avec le meilleur guide Alexis ( nachitos !!). Ce fut clairement notre plus belle expérience du pérou, tout était incroyable et très bien organisé. Nous sommes tombés sur un groupe de jeunes de notre âge, l’ambiance fut à son comble tout le long du treck ! Alexis a été une source d’informations incroyable sur toute l’histoire des Inca, et tout les endroits dans lesquels nous sommes passés. Il a toujours su nous booster, même dans les moments les plus difficiles et garder une super énergie pendant les 5 jours. Il prenait vraiment soins de nous, particulièrement face à l’altitude, toujours à s’assurer que tout le monde va bien et nous aider en cas de difficultés.
Nous revenons pleins de souvenirs en tête, et très content de notre expérience que nous vous recommandons à 100%. Le rapport qualité/ prix est imbattable, go for Machu picchu team !!

This Salkantay trekking experience was absolutely amazing and really made our dreams come true. Alexis (Nachito) was amazing. He made sure that we would never suffer from altitude sickness, providing us with all the perfect remedies. He was also very knowledgeable, sharing interesting information about the Incas and the local wildlife. The food on the tour was superb. Our personal chef travelled with us, always providing wonderful meals in huge portions. He was also very flexible, catering to our preferences and dietary needs.
We loved our time with Alexis/Nachito! He took amazing care of us, made the group feel instantly comfortable and gave lots of information!
I HAD THE TIME OF MY LIFE!! Can’t recommend Machu Picchu Team enough!! Our guide Alexis (Nacho/Nachito)was seriously THE BEST!! He greeted us with so much positive energy straight from the beginning. Trust me the positive energy is needed when the hike gets tough! He was the best cheerleader. Everything was extremely well organized, so I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Got the 5-day Salkantay Trek package, and the value and quality was amazing. The accomodations were all phenomenal, and every meal was amazing. Our guide, Elisban could not have been better. Very down to Earth and extremely knowledgable and passionate about the history and culture of the region.
This trek was awesome! It was hard at times but rewarding! The views are great and the meals we had for breakfast, lunch and dinner were quite nice too!! Would highly recommend this hike, Amoroso was our guide and shared his wisdom, stories and experiences with us and was superb throughout all the days! A great experience and well organised.

What a fantastic 4D / 3N trekking with Machu Picchu Team. Bags, transport, food, and other logistics all sorted and all focus can be spent on the beautiful scenery and walking. Loved it and highly recommend
We had an amazing experience with Machu Picchu Team. Our guide was excellent – knowledgeable, motivating, and always made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the trek. The group size was perfect, and everyone got along really well, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The trek itself is definitely challenging. The days are long, and there are some tough sections, but the breathtaking views and the incredible scenery make every step worth it.
We also paid extra for the Vistadome train on the way back. In hindsight, I wouldn’t recommend the upgrade. The regular train is perfectly comfortable, so you can save the extra money. However, I do highly recommend taking the train back instead of the bus. After four long days of hiking, it’s a much more relaxing journey and gives you a few more beautiful views to enjoy before heading back.
Overall, an unforgettable adventure that I would highly recommend
