Cusco Airport → Hotel → Free Day
Your Cusco 4 Day Tour starts with airport pickup and a transfer to your hotel in Cusco.
The rest of the day is free to rest and acclimatize at about 3,400 m.
Good to know: If you can, arrive 1 or 2 days earlier to acclimatize before the hikes.

Cusco → Train Station → Sacred Valley → Aguas Calientes → Machu Picchu → Cusco
After an early hotel pickup, we go to the train station (Ollantaytambo, Poroy or the confirmed station) and travel by tourist train through the Sacred Valley to Aguas Calientes.
A shuttle bus takes us to Machu Picchu for a guided visit of about 1.5 to 2 hours on your assigned circuit. Then we return by bus and train to Cusco.
Good to know: Bring your original passport. Lunch in Aguas Calientes is not included.

Back late in the evening.

After an early pickup and breakfast on the way, we hike from Soraypampa to the turquoise Humantay Lake (4,200 m), beneath the snow-capped Salkantay, with time for photos.
After the descent we have lunch and return to Cusco.
Good to know: The Humantay entrance is paid on site, in cash and in soles.

Rest for tomorrow’s hike.
Cusco → Rainbow Mountain (about 5,000 m) → Cusco
After a very early pickup and breakfast on the way, we hike through the high Andes to the main viewpoint of Rainbow Mountain, at about 5,000 m.
After a buffet lunch, we return to Cusco in the late afternoon, where the program ends.
Good to know: The Rainbow Mountain entrance is paid on site, in cash and in soles. The final airport transfer is not included.

Une superbe expérience ! L’équipe est au top, une superbe ambiance un tracé magnifique avec des paysages très variés. Tout est bien rôdé, transport, repas, couchage. On mange très bien et en quantité ! Par contre prévoyez de quoi manger pendant la randonnée ce n’est pas inclus. Pour moi c’est la meilleure façon pour se rendre au Machu Picchu en passant par le col du Salkantay et en montant le dernier jour par les marches du chemin de l’Inca. Un petit bémol sur la transparence du prix annoncé , ce trip se veut all inclusive, en réalité ce n’est pas le cas. Certains frais imprévus viennent s’ajouter tout au long des 5 jours ( frais supplémentaires pour les activités, taxe pour certains passages de pont ou col, Tips un peu forcé ). Ce ne sont pas des gros frais mais au cumulé ça représente aux alentours de 300 soles. Je trouve personnellement que l’organisme ferai mieux d’intégrer ces frais dans le prix de leur expérience car on a vraiment la sensation d’être mis sur le fait accompli. Prévoyez des gourdes filtrantes car les bouteilles d’eau sur place sont vendus à prix d’or !
