TripadvisorThe most wonderful 4 day Salkantay trek to Machu Picchu. Our guide Omar was excellent and I could not recommend him more highly, he was so knowledgeable about Incan history and philosophy. The views were stunning and the accomodation in the sky domes was great.
Completed the 4 day Salkantay hike and was the most amazing experience with Machu Picchu team, everything was seamless and provided by an amazing team. Our food and accommodation was to a great quality and we never went hungry. Our tour guide Omar was so lovely and informative and made us feel like a family, he was always there to help, I twisted my ankle on the second day and he did everything he could to help me in this situation even taking my bag from me and giving me his personal poles for the rest of the day.
Had a great time and our guide Vlad was awesome, super informative and good vibes. We appreciated the care from the whole team and the food was superb. Big thank you!
Just finished the jungle trek with machu picchu team. We had a great small group, the activities were so much fun and well organised, really good local food, and our guide (Nestor) was fantastic. Really knowledgeable and helped us have a good time. We'll be booking more tours with machu picchu team thanks to him!

Our 2 Days / 1 Night Inca Trail experience was amazing. Everything was perfectly organized, and the journey to Machu Picchu was truly unforgettable. We especially recommend Nemias as a guide: knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about Inca history and culture. We did the 5 day Salkantay trek, and it was an amazing experience! Our guide Juancho made sure everyone felt comfortable, safe, and well cared for throughout the journey. And we learned so much about the history of the Inca’s and the Peruvian culture. The food was also incredible! Highly recommended.
