The 5 days salkantay tour with Owen was an amazing experience. I saw the most beautiful scenery I ever saw. Owen made sure that our groupe became a family and we couldn’t have ask for anything more. I recommend!

We did the 4-day Salkantay Trek with Aurelio, a highly knowledgeable and very friendly guide! He kept us motivated the whole time and told us lots of stories about Inca culture.

Exceptional trip. This is one of the best values I have ever had on any trip. Jose the guide was extremely knowledgeable, speaks great English and couldn’t have been any better. It was a very safe experience, the meals were fantastic and Jose did a great job of navigating, keeping us safe and teaching me about the geography of the area, local culture and historic background of the trek and Inca culture.

I hope to do a longer excursion on my next visit and will definitely use machu punchy team again as well as recommend to friends and family.

We had an amazing time on the 5-day, 4-night Salkantay Trek! Our guide, Owen, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He taught us so much about Inca culture and the history of the area, while always making sure everyone had fun and arrived safely. It was an unforgettable experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This trek was the most amazing experience I have ever had!! We were so lucky to have Owen as our guide. He is very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, funny, and caring. He genuinely wants us to have an incredible time, and we had just that! The food, the trails, the stays, & extra activities were more than we could have imagined. We also had the best group ever and I’ve made life long friends - we were family by the end. I am forever grateful for Machu Picchu Team for bringing us together!! I recommend 100% and I hope you get Owen as your guide🫶

With so many tour companies I think it gets hard to choose one. I can tell you if you choose this company you will not be disappointed. Our tour guide, Owen, was just incredible. He told us it was not only his job to tour us but also to make a family and he did that through and through. All stays were clean, the food was delicious and filling, and the activities were stunning. If you understand that there will be some extra expenses, this company doesn’t try to hide any of them. They are up front with everything. Truly can’t express how grateful I am for this experience with Owen, the rest of the group and this amazing place.

We did the 5 day Salkantay trek. It was a very difficult hike for myself because of the altitude sickness but the accommodation was very pretty on the first day. I would say our guide was rushing us alittle bit which made me feel like I was being slow. Otherwise it was a good trek. Would recommend you do the 4 day with a chill guide instead of the 5.

The trek experience was amazing, and the Team provided great service throughout including delicious food, logistics, and camaraderie throughout the trek. Amoroso was the best guide! He went above and beyond to help our team and others navigate the challenges of the trail! The services offered were as advertised.
