We did the 5d/4n Salkantay trek with Hans and Viktor, our guides were great and made the experience great. Cowboys and chefs were great and always had everything ready for us at every stop. Great time.

I did the 4 day option with Max as my tour guide and it was incredible! Benefited from great weather so every day was stunning and picturesque. Couldn’t recommend it enough, it’s the first trek I’ve done and it’s definitely made me want to do more.

This trek was amazing, a truly unforgettable experience, mixing crazy landscapes and valuable knowledge and stories from the guides. Both Hans and Victor were perfect guides, always pushing us and keeping the spirit high.

Out guide Max was the best.

Went on the four day salkantay trek with 5 of my friends and 6 more new friends including our guide Max. He was attentive and fun to hang out with along the way. He shared his Quechua culture and a traditional offering to the Pachamama while stop the Salkantay pass. I'll never forget my experience with this fine company and the fantastic friends I made along the way. We bonded through the tough trek, had fun along the way and it all culminated in seeing machu picchu appear out of the morning clouds.

The guide was good, the chef was great (shout-out to Wilfredo!) and the company was good. Thank you for the trip of a lifetime!

We had the best time trekking the Salkantay with Machu Picchu Team. Hans and Victor were amazing and helpful guides. The food provided by the kitchen team was delicious. Machu Picchu Team takes care of everything so you can relax and enjoy the views. Can’t recommend enough !

I had a great time on the Salkantay trek! The group size and group was amazing! The trek itself was stunning and Machu Picchu Teams did a great job with camp locations and organization of the hike; the food and accommodations were beyond my expectations. Our tour guide Owen was fantastic, good energy and did a good job at presenting information during the trek and shared a unique traditional practice with us. I would highly recommend going with Machu Picchu Teams and you’d be lucky to have Owen as your guide!
