We did the Salkantay trip with our guide Juan. The trek itself is already beautiful, but Juan really made is 10/10. The cultural stories, his help and his funny jokes made this one of the best treks we did.

Did the 5 day Salkantay trip with Juan, and he really made a difference. The wonderful cultural stories during the trek, and his funny jokes made the trip complete!

We did the Salkantay 5 days with Juancho escalante and it was truly amazing. He told us everything we needed to know about the hike. He made us feel like we’re in safe hands and told us lots of interesting storys about the inca culture and the salkantay trek on the way. We were accompanied by a kitchen and horse team that carried our bags. The food was good and there weren’t any problems with our bags. At one point I had to take a horse because of hight sickness which wasn’t a problem. This trip was a great experience with really cool people and a lot of fun.

Juancho escaslente fue un guía increíble. Tenia mucho humor y estaba un buen maestro de todo que hemos visto. En general todo el equipo de nuestro aventura del Salkantay estaba perfecto. La comida siempre fue rico y el cocinero también es muy amable.

I had an amazing experience doing the Salkantay Trek with our guide Juancho! He was incredibly friendly, professional, motivating, and always made sure everyone was feeling good during the trek. He shared a lot about the culture, the mountains, and the history of the region, which made the experience even more special.

We hebben een geweldige ervaring gehad met Machu Picchu Team! Onze gids Juancho en zijn team heeft deze ervaring tot een echt succes gemaakt. Het eten was goed, de gids wist veel te vertellen over de natuur en geschiedenis van de Inca’s en zorgde ervoor dat we een goed schema konden lopen. Ik zou het aanraden!

Afgelopen week een geweldige Salkantay trek gelopen georganiseerd door Machu Picchu teams. Deze trip was zoveel meer ik had verwacht. Onze gids, Juancho Escalante, heeft tijdens de diverse pauzes veel informatie gedeeld over de historie van de Inca's. We hebben prachtige uitzichten gezien, mooie paden bewandeld en het kookteam heeft lekker gekookt. Daarbij erg fijn dat de tassen door een team op ezels verplaatst worden. Echter een aanrader.
