Tijdens onze 5 daagse Salkantay trek met Owen als guide heb ik mega veel geleerd en genoten van de prachtige wandeling! We verbleven in goede locaties, kregen altijd lekkere maaltijden en werden goed verzorgd. Onze groep was ontzettend gezellig en enthousiast, en Owen leerde ons veel over de lokale Inca cultuur, tradities en leefstijl. We hebben ontzettend hard gelachen met elkaar, en genoten van de mooie trek! Het was zeker een van de hoogtepunten in de reis :). Bedankt aan de groep en aan Owen voor dit avontuur!

I had the best time!! The views were stunning, the food was unbelievable good (which is quite something since everything was transported on horseback) and the people were funny/sweet/supportive. Owen taught us a lot about the Inca’s, the holy rituals, height sickness, local plants, animals and communities. He watched over us like an Andes Condor. His briefings about the next hiking day were clear and he always tried his crazy best to find solutions to any of our problems. Our spirits were happy and therefore the weather was brilliant too (most of the time). Within 5 days I had 13 extra family members, thanks to Owen who created this amazing atmosphere within the group. Although I preferred the family name “afritsbroek” ;)

We had an amazing time doing the Salkantay 5 day trek with our guide Genrri. Everything was very well organised, the accomodations were very impressive with amazing views, the food was really good and varied every day and Genrri made the trip fun, informative and kept us motivated on the tough days!

We did the 5 days salkantay trek, and we do not have much hiking experience but the track although exhausting, is doable. We would like to say a big thank you to our guide Frank Omar who without him we would still be in the jungle. He was always very helpful to answer all our questions on the track to helping us out with our Machu Pitchu tickets. He was always there. He never rushed us on the trek and we could always walk our own pace. He made this trip very enjoyable and he was always so enthusiastic when we reached the next meeting point, so thank you Frank!

Wij hebben de 5-daagse Salkantay Trek gedaan met Stik en Frank Omar en ze waren echt fantastisch! Ze hebben ervoor gezorgd dat we een ontzettend leuke en bijzondere trip hebben gehad. Ze leggen veel uit, zijn gezellig en zorgen goed voor je wanneer dat nodig is.

Ik had tijdens de trek last van hoogteziekte en werd meerdere keren gecheckt om te kijken hoe het met me ging. Dat gaf echt een fijn en vertrouwd gevoel. Ook de accommodaties en het eten waren top!

Echt een aanrader! Frank Omar en Stik hebben deze trip absoluut nog leuker gemaakt!! 🫶🏼☺️

We booked our 4D/3N Jungle Trek to Machu Pichu with Machu Pichu Team and it was fantastic!

The highlight of the trip was our guide Nestor who spoke perfect English, was knowledgeable about everything on the route and wider questions about Peru's history and geography, took plenty of photos of us, and helped us practice our Spanish! He was a blast to hang out with and made our experience special and memorable - thank you!

We booked 9 months in advance and the reservations team secured us the best route around Machu Pichu: circuit 2 at 6am.

We paid $280 pp for Downhill Biking, Rafting, a 15km High Jungle Hike, 2 hours of Ziplining, and entrance to Machu Pichu. All meals and accommodation were included.
We spent an additional $10 pp on entry to the hot springs. I think this was excellent value for the money and all of the activities were fun. The best one for me was the biking! The entire time I felt safe and in good hands with the equipment and our guide Nestor.

The food was tasty and filling and we got to try a variety of typical Peruvian food at local restaurants. I was always satisfied.

The accommodation, however, left a little to be desired: the first night accommodation was extremely hot and it was hard to sleep, the second night was in a cool sky-dome glamping setup but my partner had a much worse sleeping bag and pillow so struggled to sleep, and finally the accommodation in Aguas Calienties (before Machu Pichu) was dirty, we had twin beds instead of a double bed, and there were no windows in our room. None of the accommodation had hot showers. This is one area I'd want to see improving but the overall experience was still 5/5 given the value for money.

Top tip: I would recommend spending the extra dollars to take the return train from Aguas Calientes to Cusco as it only takes 1 hour whilst the coach was 2 hours of walking to Hydroelectrica and 6 hours of driving to Cusco! I don't think this was made clear enough on the website when booking so I would like to see that improved.

Tienen toda clase de tours en Cusco y con precios mucho muy justos comparando también su calidad, precio y compromiso.
Sin duda los recomendaría mil veces por que nos hicieron tener una experiencia muy linda de Cusco

Eu e meu marido fizemos o passeio das Sete Lagoas com a agência. Paisagens belíssimas! Natureza pura e linda! A maior parte do trajeto fui a cavalo, sendo guiada por uma das moradoras da região que era muito atenciosa e cuidadosa. Ela foi contratada fora da agência. Pela agência quem nos guiou em todos os momentos do passeio foi o guia Erwin. Ele era muito dedicado, atencioso, cuidadoso, profissional e simpático! Para esse tipo de aventura, suas orientações e a forma atenciosa como acompanhou todo o grupo fez muita diferença! Recomendo também que quem quiser fazer esse passeio, pergunte se o guia é o Erwin, ele é excelente! Um guia como ele faz toda a diferença!
