We had an exciting time under difficult weather conditions, but the guides Eric and Stiven always led us safely through the trek. The nature is breathtaking and the views are unique. A trek I will not forget!

Everything went incredibly well! This tour is perfect if you don’t have enough time to do the 4-5 day trek, as you still get the full splendour of Salkantay and Humantay. The value for money is great, as the accomodation was memorable, each meal was diverse and complete, and our incredible guide Gabriel matched our energy perfectly. He was relentless in motivating us, helping us along the way, sharing the best insights into Andean culture, and being entertaining the whole way. Fully recommend this!

We did the 3 day 2 night inca jungle trek. It was really fun but unfortunately the first two days were very wet and there wasn’t much opportunity to dry our wet clothes until we reached aguas calientes so I would recommend bringing a waterproof jacket and pants if there’s a chance of rain. We got lucky on the day that we visited Machu Picchu as it was sunny with clear skies and we had a great view of the citadel!

Jose was our guide and did his best to ensure that we were happy and comfortable the whole time. He was a great guide and provided lots of fun and good vibes. Really thankful that we had him as he was super kind and very accommodating!

It was great! Everything was well taken care of. Enough breakfast every day an dinners were also very good. We were very unlucky with the weather, but with Steven and Erick as our tour guides it was still amazing!

Very good organisation and our tourguide Steven and Eric were very friendly and helpful. Despite the rain the entire trek we had still a great time and really enjoyed! In each camping place they tried to get the best spots for us so that was really nice.

Great experience with our guide Steven! He’s a fantastic fun guy who knows everything about the Incas and the region. He speaks perfect spanish and english. Furthermore the hiking is really well organised and we had a great time!

Our tour guide edgar was incredible!! He was really knowledgeable about the local culture and the beautiful terrains around us.
The catering team were fantastic!! No complaints for food with some options for vegetarians too.
And our group was small so it wasn’t too overwhelming and you can just take in the beauty of it all.
Would recommend to all! So worth the price

I would highly recommend booking with The Machu Picchu Team if you’re planning a visit to Machu Picchu! We decided to do the Inca Jungle Trail, and it was an absolute blast from start to finish.

Our tour guide, Ernesto, was genuinely fantastic. I honestly can’t say a single bad word about him. He was incredibly accommodating, friendly and humorous, and made sure we were fully informed about the itinerary beforehand. He went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience.

Throughout the entire trip, we felt completely safe and very well looked after by the whole team, and especially Ernesto. He made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable.

Absolutely recommended experience; our guide Genrry was very patient and accompanied us for 2 full days, also respecting our time to take photos and admire the view.

If I can suggest something to improve, I would give more instructions on travel (bus and train) to reach the site, given that this is done independently.

The Inca Trail to Machu Picchu was a wonderful experience. Our guide Genrri led us along the path and explained to us in detail all the most interesting stories about the Incas and Machu Picchu. An experience recommended to everyone to do once in a lifetime.
