Une superbe expérience !
L’équipe est au top, une superbe ambiance un tracé magnifique avec des paysages très variés. Tout est bien rôdé, transport, repas, couchage. On mange très bien et en quantité ! Par contre prévoyez de quoi manger pendant la randonnée ce n’est pas inclus.
Pour moi c’est la meilleure façon pour se rendre au Machu Picchu en passant par le col du Salkantay et en montant le dernier jour par les marches du chemin de l’Inca.
Un petit bémol sur la transparence du prix annoncé , ce trip se veut all inclusive, en réalité ce n’est pas le cas. Certains frais imprévus viennent s’ajouter tout au long des 5 jours ( frais supplémentaires pour les activités, taxe pour certains passages de pont ou col, Tips un peu forcé ).
Ce ne sont pas des gros frais mais au cumulé ça représente aux alentours de 300 soles. Je trouve personnellement que l’organisme ferai mieux d’intégrer ces frais dans le prix de leur expérience car on a vraiment la sensation d’être mis sur le fait accompli.
Prévoyez des gourdes filtrantes car les bouteilles d’eau sur place sont vendus à prix d’or !

Just maybe need to disclose that you will need to pay for toilets & fresh water in some locations, and make sure you bring your own toilet roll

This experience was amazing. The guys are really nice and the landscapes seems like AI. The cook, the food, the walking, the service was pretty good.

I had such a great time on this guided tour! Everything was really well organised, and the whole experience met all my expectations. It was easy, enjoyable, and I never had to worry about anything.

My guide Nestor was absolutely great—very friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. He took great care of myself throughout the trip and put a lot of effort into making sure I had a great experience. You could really tell that he cared about the experience and wanted everything to go as planned.

Overall, I really enjoyed the tour and would definitely recommend it. It was a great experience, and I’d happily do it again!

Steven and Deybi were excellent tour guides! 5/5 experience. They were friendly, warm, kind, and easy going. It was a pleasure to have them as my tour guides for the 5 day salkantay hike. They would be excellent guides for any group in the future.

Nothing to say about the trek itself. The landscapes are magnificent and the organization during the hike is quite solid. The guides were great.
However, I have a reservation regarding the handling of complaints. Since the luggage was not ready on time upon our return (as it should have been), we had to rebook a night bus as well as a hotel for the night. Machu Picchu team was rather reluctant to provide the requested refund following an organizational error on their part.
Additional tip: take a filtered water bottle. Once you arrive at the campsite, it is sometimes complicated to obtain drinking water within a reasonable timeframe.

The trek is magnificent, the landscapes are breathtaking, and the organization is decent. The guides share their culture with us and created a warm atmosphere. Take enough water because some campsites are lacking it.
A small hitch on the return to Cusco with our bags not being ready, which caused us to miss our road connection. After some effort, Machu Picchu team agreed to a partial contribution to our expenses.
