I loved the Salkantay trek with Machu Picchu teams. Orelio was so kind and knowledgeable. He was really passionate about the history of the Inkas which made the trek even more interesting. The scenery breathtaking. I would recommend this trek to anyone.

The 5D Salkantay trek was an amazing experience! Our guide Amoroso was very knowledgeable and super friendly, he really made the trip something we’ll never forget! the trip ran so smoothly and everything was very well planned. The meals were all super tasty and we were very well fed. All of the accommodation was amazing! especially the the first night sleeping in a sky dome!! Would definitely recommend Machu Picchu Teams and Amoroso
Wir haben die 5-tägige Salkantay Trekking Tour mit Machu Picchu Team gemacht und können sie absolut weiterempfehlen! Die Organisation war von Anfang bis Ende top – alles lief reibungslos und professionell.
Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an unseren Guide Amoroso: unglaublich erfahren, aufmerksam und mit einer ansteckend guten Laune, die die ganze Gruppe motiviert hat. Er hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen, alles verständlich erklärt und ist individuell auf jeden eingegangen. Man merkt sofort, dass er seinen Job mit Leidenschaft macht.
Auch das Essen war ein echtes Highlight der Tour: Juan Dios hat uns jeden Tag mit unglaublich leckeren, frisch zubereiteten Gerichten verwöhnt. Man hat sofort gemerkt, wie viel Liebe und Mühe er in jede Mahlzeit steckt – abwechslungsreich, reichhaltig und genau das Richtige nach einem langen Trekking-Tag.
Die Landschaft entlang der Route ist einfach atemberaubend und mit so einem Team wird das Erlebnis noch einmal deutlich intensiver.

Had the such a great time doing the 5day/4Night Salktany trek! Amaroso was the best guide, super attentive, and brought such great energy!! Everything ran so smoothly, food was amazing, felt very nourished and catered equally for all the vegetarians in our group. Accommodations were amazing, our favourite being the star domes on the first night! Thank you Machu Picchu Teams :)
