We did the 4-day/3-nights Salkantay Trek with Machu Picchu Team and had a great experience! Our guides, Abel and Victor, were so fun, and the stories they shared made the whole trek much more meaningful.
Since it was still rainy season, we did encounter some landslides, but the team handled everything very professionally and always put our safety first.
I also really appreciated being able to go at our own pace and spend extra time at certain spots to fully enjoy the views!

Had an amazing tour with the Machu Picchu team. The route was well curated and beautiful stopping at comfortable and scenic camp sites. My tour guide Hans was charming and extremely friendly and the provided meals were delicious. Would recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience Machu Picchu the right way!
These 5 days were unbelievable… our 2 guides, Abel and Victor, were fantastic with us! The campings were good, the food was delicious and for everyone (lactose free, vegetarian, vegan, etc..). I could not have chosen a better agency for my trip to Macchu Picchu!
Had such a magical experience doing the 5 day Salkantay Trek. Breathtaking views, delicious Peruvian food and wonderful teachings about Quechua language and culture thanks to our amazing guide Amoroso - wouldn’t have been the same without him. Thanks to him, the rest of the team including the fantastic chefs and all the lovely local people who welcomed us on our journey!
We had a great time with Machu pichu team. The groups were big but we still felt safe and supported by our guide. Amoroso was calm, friendly and knowledgeable. Our accommodation was comfortable each night, and we always felt like Amoroso wanted us to feel safe and have fun :)
4 jours de trek organisés à merveille par toute l’équipe de Machu Picchu Team. Les trajets sont toujours préparés de manière à offrir les plus beaux points de vue, tout en étant très sécurisés. Les explications de Hanz sur le trajet nous offrent une belle opportunité d’en apprendre davantage sur toute l’histoire de ce magnifique pays. Pour finir, les repas étaient très bien réalisés, en mettant toujours en avant les produits locaux.

Just finished the 5D/4N Salkantay trek with Machu Picchu Team and had the absolute best time. Everything was organized well, good food, great accommodations and our amazing guids Armoroso and Owen made the experience even better. Thanks for the wonderful days!
We recently completed the 5-day Salkantay Trek with Machu Picchu Team, and it was a great experience! The trek itself is absolutely stunning, with each day offering different landscapes (loved the snow-capped mountains and the breathtaking Salkantay Pass).
Our guides (Abel and Victor) were knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely supportive, always making sure everyone felt safe and motivated. The food was surprisingly delicious and varied - and there was lots of it!
I would recommend this trek to anyone looking for an adventure to Machu Picchu!
