I had a fun and beautiful hike with Machu Picchu Team and with Omar as a guide.
Doing the hike with Omar as a guide was a great experience! He was very competent and was good at motivating us at the hard parts of the hike. He provided us with lots of interesting information along the way and was genuinely enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge. He created a safe and comfortable atmosphere, where everyone felt seen and heard, and we had some really good chats.

Absolutely amazing trip! You get a great variety of views and landscapes across the 5 day Salkantay trip, as well as tonnes of fun activities to do that are covered by the costs. Couldn't believe how cheap it was! Amoroso was a terrific guide - always helpful and happy to answer questions (I had a lot!).

If you are looking for a great way to explore Peru in a short amount of time, this is definitely the way to do it!

The 4 day salkantay trek was an amazing experience for my group. It was great to experience the nature and culture of the area. Our guide Omar shared his knowledge about the area, plants and cultures. He took care of our group in the best way! He even played a flute for us and it made the experience even more special☺️

The four day Salkantay trek took us through varied landscape both steep and flat, with scenic views, so beautiful. The cabins were comfortable and had great view too, and water, snacks and toilets were available along the whole trek. And the food was always super delicious! Our guide Omar shared his passion and knowledge about the history, nature and culture along the hike and in machu picchu - thanks to him this hike was wonderful and unique! Thank you for all the good memories:)

Great experience on the 5-day Salkantay Trek with our guide Juan Oros. He was very knowledgeable and brought a fun atmosphere to the trek. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to experience Machu Picchu and the stunning scenery of Peru.

We had the most amazing time on our 5 day Salkantay Trek. Our guides Abel and Victor made the experience so enjoyable with stories and cultural knowledge while allowing us to find our speed as a group. Their passion rubbed off on all of us and really guaranteed us a great time!
The food was also amazing with options for all dietary requirements and variety throughout the days!
So glad we went with Machu Picchu Team!

Had an excellent experience with Machu Picchu Team on the 5 day Salkantay Treck.

The experience was incredibly informative and engaging, which was due to the help of our two guides - Abel and Victor. Abel was excellent at maintaining high morale, with great jokes and a lot of teaching about the history and culture of the land we were exploring. Victor was incredible as well and made sure we were safe whilst walking throughout the day.

I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to visit Cusco!!

Ik heb de 5 dagen 4 nachten tour gedaan en het was geweldig! Onze gidsen Owen, Ronnie en Amarosso waren super behulpzaam en heel vriendelijk. De trek is prachtig en accommodatie en eten is ook heel erg goed voor de prijs. Top!
