We did the 4-day Salkantay Trek to Machu Picchu with this company and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Our guide, Owen, was fantastic: he was extremely knowledgeable about both the local nature and the history of the region, and explained everything along the way in a way that made the trek even more meaningful. We always felt like he knew exactly what he was doing, which made us feel safe and confident throughout the whole trek.
The food at the campsites was also a highlight: really nice meals every day. Highly recommend this company, and especially Owen as a guide, to anyone considering the Salkantay trek!

It was a very good experience !! The guide Genrri was the best ! The only issue is the additionnal fee you have to add and that are not mentioned: tips for the cooks, for the bags holders… it should be included on the initial price rather than added. Same for the hot shower, the wifi or to cross a bridge on day 4??

Owen was our guide on the Salkantay trek and from the first minute he made us feel safe and comfortable. His experience clearly showed on the tougher parts of the hike. He knew exactly when to slow the pace and when to push on. On top of that he’s genuinely funny, which made the long uphill stretches way more bearable. Can only recommend him!

I had such an amazing time doing the salkantay trek, it was very challenging but fun. Our guide Steven was especially amazing with his knowledge on the culture, and the flora. He was also very patient and always tried his best to accommodate everyone! :]

Me and my three friends booked the 5 day tour. We were blown away by the views, the hike and the accommodations. The traditional food that we were provided was absolutely amazing, plenty for all hungry people and perfectly adjustable for vegetarians.
We were with the two tourguides Ronny and Gabriel. They were absolutely incredible and so fun to be around. I especially enjoyed Ronny's tour with stories when we reached Machu Picchu!

I recommend being prepared for any kind of weather conditions and to not underestimate height sickness, when this is your first time doing something like this.

We had a good time at Salkantay. Despite the bad weather and severe cold, we enjoyed it. The guide Omar was extremely friendly, helpful, and involved. He gave us a legendary experience. Inca knowledge was very great and the passion was clearly visible. Thank you very much!

I did the Salkantay trek with guide Stiven in August 2026. As hard as it was, he always made sure to go at your pace and check on you. Very appreciated!! He would also share so much information about the nature and history, super interesting! The views were incredible and the accommodations too (prepare for the cold at night). Would recommend!
