Deposit and Reservation Confirmation
A USD 180 non-refundable deposit per person is required to begin the reservation process. Your reservation is considered fully confirmed once payment has been received, all required services have been verified, and Machu Picchu Team has issued your final written confirmation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The USD 180 deposit per traveler is non-refundable once it has been used to secure reservation services. If you cancel after paying more than the required deposit, any eligible refund will be calculated after deducting non-recoverable costs such as tickets, hotel charges, supplier fees, processing fees, and other associated expenses.
Any refundable balance depends on what can be recovered from suppliers.
Changes to Your Travel Date
Requests to modify the departure date depend on availability of Machu Picchu tickets, trains, hotels, guides, and transportation. Since tickets may not be reusable for another date, changes may require new purchases and a new USD 180 deposit per person, along with any price difference.
