The trek was the best I have ever done. We were a small group, so the 5 days were pleasant. Especially thanks to our tour guide Omar, the trek became a unique experience that I would recommend at any time.

This Salkantay 5 day trek was a fantastic experience that I’ll remember forever. Omar was a super guide who thought us some phrases in the bative language and gave us much knowledge about the medicinal plants and history of the Incas. The food was delicious and plentiful. Very fun Salkantay trek. The food during the trek was delicious. We were a group of 14 people and had a lot of fun during the hike. The guide was really nice.

You can go there with your eyes closed and trust this company 100%.

Our guide Max was a wonderful person. In addition to his kindness and good humor, his historical and cultural explanations were great.

Chef Jesus's cuisine was also very good. It's amazing to manage to cook for so many people with so little equipment and sleep.

The quality/price ratio, compared to other agencies, is truly excellent. Certain expenses must be paid during the trek, but everything is very clear and well explained by the entire team.

Had an incredible experience with Machu Picchu team. Our tour guide Max (Marx) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the trail and helped everyone to have a good time. The chefs kept us well fed every meal and the housing accommodations were extremely unique and comfortable. Would recommend this to anyone! Such a great program so experience Peru with.

We had an amazing experience with Machu Picchu Team, and specifically our tour guide Erwin. He was incredibly helpful in making us feel comfortable and confident in what options we chose each day and genuinely was a pleasure to have as a guide. He gave us lots of information about the Salkantay pass and the Inca people which was very interesting to learn about. I have not a bad word to say about all of Machu Picchu team as all of the guides we met along the way were fabulous and everyone on our trek or other treks were having the best time!!!

We had such a fun time! Erwin was an amazing tour guide. He made sure to check on us constantly and was always very positive. Erwin was the perfect guide and would highly recommend a tour with him. He also very helpful and great at explaining everything.
