An amazing experience, enhanced by the expertise of our wonderful guide Max and the food prepared by Jesus. A challenging trek made possible with due care and attention. I would highly recommend the Salkantay trek.

I booked the 5 day salkantay trek and ended up going with a small group. Our guide, Omar, was amazing. He was constantly supporting all of us and our needs. As a guide he was excellent. He taught us so much about the land and the culture and we often stopped multiple times a day to learn something new. The cook, horseman, and other guides were amazing as well. We were always so excited for our meals because we knew they were going to be great. Our team was truly amazing and they did an incredible job of making the salkantay trek something we would never forget.

This Salkantay Trek experience was more than we could have hoped for and made our dreams come true. Our guide Alexis (Nachito) was wonderful. He made sure we would not suffer from altitude sickness, always offering remedies and made sure we walked at a comfortable pace for everyone. He was also very knowledgeable, giving us insight into the history of the Incas along with flora and fauna. On top of everything he was just a great person to spend 5 days with. The food on the tour was absolutely amazing. The personal chef that travelled with us not only made incredible meals in large portions but was also very flexible in catering to dietary needs.

This trek was awesome! It was hard at times but rewarding! The views are great and the meals we had for breakfast, lunch and dinner were quite nice too!! Would highly recommend this hike, Amoroso was our guide and shared his wisdom, stories and experiences with us and was superb throughout all the days! A great experience and well organised.

Elisban (aka Tupcac) led my group and I through an unforgettable five day trek. Tupac genuinely cared for each and everyone of us, always making sure we were comfortable and prepared for the tough hikes. His humor and passion for the local culture and nature made this tour so special. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything from food to the accommodation was extremely well done. Machu Picchu Team was amazing. Amoroso was our tour guide and he was amazing. he was super attentive and made sure we were all coming along fine. the food and accommodation during the whole trip were amazing. very pretty views and got to know a lot about the land and the culture thanks to our tour guide. i will definitely be recommending them to anyone who wants to do the salkantay trek!
